Therefore, our average delivery time for aluminum boxes and transport crates ranging in size from 6 liters to 186 liters is 2-3 business days. For larger aluminum boxes shipped via freight carrier, delivery takes 3-5 business days. This allows us to offer a fast solution for the safe transport and order picking of tools and other items.

The COMFORT and EXTREME boxes can also be stacked; however, these boxes do not feature stacking corners or a continuous stacking rim.

Yes, our aluminum tread plate boxes are equipped with lockable lids featuring robust eccentric latches. These can be fitted with padlocks to ensure secure storage. Additionally, the boxes in the EXTREME 37, 46, 70, 120, and 234 series feature practical, extra-strong lid stay straps that hold the lid in the open position, thereby relieving strain on the hinges.
The tread plate boxes in the EXTREME 250, 312, 375, 470, and 883 series are equipped with gas springs, which prevent the lid from closing automatically.

For flatbed vehicles, ALUTEC recommends checker plate boxes from the EXTREME series, as well as flatbed boxes from the TRAILER series and underfloor boxes from the TRUCK series. They are made of 3 mm thick aluminum checker plate and are particularly robust and weatherproof.

Yes, ALUTEC offers customized special solutions starting from a single unit, manufactured from 3 mm aluminum tread plate. For quantities of 50 to 100 units or more, custom-made products from our smooth aluminum sheet series—such as CLASSIC or INDUSTRY—are also available.

Furthermore, for orders exceeding a certain quantity, the creation of a custom stamp for a company logo is also an option.

Yes, our aluminum boxes, made from high-quality aluminum, are corrosion- and weather-resistant, UV-resistant, and temperature-neutral. Furthermore, the handles and hinges are made of rustproof stainless steel.

Thanks to high-quality materials and careful workmanship, our aluminum boxes are a long-lasting investment. However, their lifespan depends on usage, handling, and maintenance. In case of defects, we offer a repair and spare parts service.
